Ms. Chopourian is a partner at Greve, Clifford, Wengel & Paras, LLP. Ms. Chopourian was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1998. She obtained her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she graduated Order of the Coif. Ms. Chopourian received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from California State University, Fresno.
Prior to joining Greve, Clifford, Wengel & Paras, LLP, Ms. Chopourian was a partner with the law firm of Sieving & Momjian, LLP. Her areas of civil practice with Sieving & Momjian, LLP included construction litigation, tort litigation, contract and business litigation, bankruptcy and collection matters.
Ms. Chopourian has vast experience in complex litigation matters and has litigated matters in virtually every court in California. She is an aggressive litigator who is committed to obtaining the best possible outcome for her clients. She prides herself in making her client’s objectives her main priority. At Greve, Clifford, Wengel & Paras, LLP, her focus has been on construction litigation, representing design professionals, and tort and business litigation.
Ms. Chopourian is married with two children. Her interests include running, biking and cooking.
Practice Areas
Civil Litigation: Represents clients in jury and court trials in the state and federal courts, appellate proceedings, administrative hearings and arbitrations, mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Extensive experience and success in resolving complex litigation matters.
Construction Defect Litigation: Significant experience in construction defect litigation, representing contractors, developers, owners and design professionals in both residential and commercial projects.
Personal Injury and Property Damage: Defense and prosecution of claims for personal injury and property damage arising out of motor vehicle accidents; as well as claims involving premises liability, wrongful death, and other torts. Defense and prosecution of lawsuits against contractors, subcontractors and manufacturers for claims of construction defects and breach of contract.
Product Liability: Extensive litigation experience in defense and prosecution of product liability actions.
