Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Brad graduated from UC Santa Barbara where he majored in Law and Society. He earned his law degree from University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law. Brad is a trial lawyer who primarily practices in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death litigation, focusing on complex big rig, construction equipment/site and common carrier accidents. Until recently, he represented defendants almost exclusively, but now handles litigated cases for defendants and plaintiffs. He is a member of ABOTA, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada (Board of Directors 2001-2004), DRI, the California State Bar and the American Bar Association. He serves as an arbitrator, mediator and judge pro tem in numerous Northern and Central California jurisdictions. He has been a guest lecturer for various organizations, including the California State Bar, National Business Institute and the Sacramento County Bar Association. His non-professional interests include water and snow skiing, mountaineering, hiking, geocaching, road cycling and Australian Shepherd dogs.
